Bookings & Appointments

Haircare Services: All new and returning clients must complete the required consultation or style request form before booking.

Mo’Mentum Sessions: Free Clarity Calls and paid follow-up sessions are faith-based and for personal encouragement, not professional counseling or therapy.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).
Payments & Refunds

All deposits and payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Digital products are final sale and cannot be refunded after download.

Follow-up Mo’Mentum sessions require full payment at booking.
Health & Personal Responsibility

Haircare services are provided for scalp and hair health but are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Mo’Mentum sessions are faith-led discussions and not licensed counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

Physical Products & Shipping

All physical products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party providers.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Digital Products & Downloads

All digital items are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
