Order Processing & Delivery Times

At GrowthwithMo, we offer a variety of products and services, each with different fulfillment times:

📌 Digital Products:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, planners, worksheets) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

  • If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at evolvingmoe@gmail.com.

📌 Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Merchandise, etc.):

  • All physical products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify.

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days (varies by product).

  • Estimated shipping times (after production):

    • USA: 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions & Delays

  • Currently, we ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Availability may vary based on product type.

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays) may extend shipping times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

  • Digital Products & Coaching Services: Non-refundable once delivered.

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please email us with photos within 7 daysof delivery for a replacement.
