📌 Digital Products:

Digital downloads (eBooks, planners, worksheets) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at evolvingmoe@gmail.com.
📌 Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Merchandise, etc.):

All physical products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Processing time: 2-7 business days (varies by product).

USA: 3-7 business days

International: 7-21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions & Delays

Currently, we ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Availability may vary based on product type.

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays) may extend shipping times.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Digital Products & Coaching Services: Non-refundable once delivered.

Print-on-Demand Products: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please email us with photos within 7 daysof delivery for a replacement.
